ABOUT MR. DEBONAIR LACY
My name is Fredrick Lacy, born and raised in Canton, Mississippi. I was groomed to love how to dress by my mother and father (John and Shirley Lacy). They taught me that a man should always look good, smell good, take care of your smile and hygiene but most importantly be intelligent. As a black man growing up in an urban area (the hood), most of the people wearing suits were older people. The only time young people wore suits were for church and special occasions, that didn't include me. I loved wearing suits and being dressed up like a dapper young gentleman. That love to dress well transcended through my years as I grew.

Even when I went to serve in the World Greatest Navy, my love for dressing well stayed with me or should I say more like grew with me even the more. In the Navy looking good in uniform was a must and I was here for it. Always having inspection ready uniforms tailored and trimmed to the T, and always receiving outstanding recognition for my uniforms is something I wore with pride! I even helped other sailors with making sure their uniforms were always good. My wardrobe outside of my uniform of course was very nice as well, because looking good was a must.
Fast forward to years after me getting out the Navy and having had multiple jobs since being on active duty. The year was 2018 when a mother at my church said that she was going to call me Mr. Debonair because she loved the way I always dressed so nice. A year later and after countless people asking me to help them dress and learn how to put an outfit together, Mr. Debonair Lacy was born! Here I am today doing what I love helping people introduce their best selves to the world. We believe that you shouldn't only look good you should also feel good in what you are wearing!
